The Challenge

Frasers Aerospace are global suppliers of specialist Aerospace Industry-approved products.

The Directors were aware that their current out-dated version of Sage Accpac was letting the company down and proving to be slow, inefficient and ultimately having a detrimental effect on their business processes.

General Manager, Bryan Ribbans, felt that Frasers’ current business partners were not fully supporting them in an ongoing process of improvement. A call to Accord Consulting changed that, and within a very tight two week timescale the team at Accord were able to make massive changes to the company’s efficiency and performance.

The Solution

Accord’s Technical team took Fraser’s existing Sage Accpac system and moved it on to new state of the art hardware.  Then our experienced Sage Accpac consultants upgraded the system to the latest version and provided on-site training to Fraser’s staff in order to get the best out of the new software, whilst minimising disruption to the business.
