Accord was formed in 2002 by three management consultants who could see a gap in the market for a highly professional IT consultancy business focused on medium sized companies.

Steve Masters, Brian Lattimer and Guy Hall had all come to Management Consultancy via senior management and director level roles in blue chip companies. The mid-market at that time was less sophisticated than it is today and the market cried out for IT professionals that spoke the language of business not technology.

The strategy proved to be a winning combination as the business grew steadily through its early years showing year on year double digit growth, outgrowing our first office in a matter of months.

In 2006 Llewellyn Victor joined the board as Technical Director and Accord continued to grow opening its first branch office in Kenilworth, UK that same year.

In 2008 we have established our first overseas business based in Barbados to serve the Caribbean region.
